Dave Renfroe is a native of Frankfort, Kentucky.  He has served churches for the past fifteen years as Senior Pastor, and has led revivals and crusades throughout the south.  Bro. Dave is an engaging and relevant pastor, whose heart is to reach the lost for Christ.  He is a graduate of Clear Creek Baptist Bible College, and has a Master of Arts degree from the North Carolina College of Theology.

In October 2003, Bro. Dave accepted the call to pastor Crestview Baptist Church in Lakeland, Florida. He previously served the Cloverport Baptist Church in Cloverport, Kentucky, where they were honored by the Kentucky Baptist Convention for being #1 in the state per capita in baptisms.  Since coming to Crestview, he has led the church in a time of transition and has seen over 1,000 people come to know the Lord. Pastor Renfroe and his wife, Julie, are blessed with three children; Chase, Meg, and Gabriel. They are also the proud parents of a recently adopted baby girl from China, Lily-Grace.

Bill and his wife of over 36 years, Terry, have been members of Crestview since 1994. They have two grown children, Michael and Lisa, and five grandchildren. Bill was called to serve on staff and ordained to the gospel ministry at Crestview early in 2003 after completing the requirements for a Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry degree at the New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Bill's earnest desire is to share the testimony of what the grace of God can accomplish through the Born Again experience he received in April of 1992. Bill's belief is that the church of Jesus Christ will grow by listening to, following, and loving the ONE who died for it. The goal of having a healthy body is accomplished by fulfilling the great commission He gave to it, through knowing and doing the two greatest commandments He desires of it. Loving God and Loving Others... there is no greater goal!
 

Melvin has been serving in ministry full time for 3 years as Worship Pastor at First Baptist Church of Deerfield Beach.  It's his heart's desire to lead people to authentic worship through the tools and media God has blessed them with; to make worship a lifestyle and not a twice a week occurrence. Melvin and his wife, Dawn, are excited to be joining "The View" and are looking forward to what God will do here through their ministry.  They have four children; Alexis, Marcus, Tristan, and Jordan.

Shawn is the newest member of the Crestview staff, serving in the area of Youth Ministry.  He is a graduate of Clear Creek Baptist Bible College, earning his degree in Pastoral Ministry with an emphasis on youth and church administration.  He is also the South Florida Baptist Association Youth Director.  Shawn believes that in order for our nation to be the strongest it can be, our main emphasis must be reaching youth for Christ.  He has been married to Amy for 19 years.  His daughter, Kalee, is 18, and his son, Trevor, is 12.
