Jeff and his wife Sandy have been involved together in church ministry for over 20 years. Ordained as a deacon in October 2000, Jeff has held many leadership roles in church. In addition to leading worship, choirs, praise teams and instrumentalists, he has been involved in sound ministry, youth ministry, and children's ministry. For his formal education, he holds a degree in education from Florida Southern College with over 22 years teaching experience. While teaching full time, he felt the call to music ministry and served part time in this role for 8 years before coming to Crestview. His desire is to humbly lead people to a lifestyle of worship that glorifies God. Jeff's current favorite Bible passage is Jeremiah 29:11-13: "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call on me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart."
Jim Cafarchio and his wife Emily are both passionate about children’s ministry! They have been involved in the children’s program of several churches over the years, with Jim being an intern in the children’s ministry before coming on staff at Crestview full-time in October 2017. He and Emily met at Southeastern University where Jim graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Ministerial Leadership. He has worked with childcare facilities for several years and uses his knowledge of games, classroom management and the Bible to teach our children in an encouraging, engaging and entertaining way. Jim’s vision for the children of our church is to see them grow in their walk with the Lord, develop a deeper understanding of the scriptures, and be able to share their faith with their friends and family. Jim and Emily are both excited to see God’s hand in their own lives as well as the lives of the children entrusted to them. They are both eager to serve humbly alongside our staff as we watch God’s kingdom grow.
